Meeting people...

I would hate this blog to be only a record of places because in the fewer than three weeks I have been here, I have had contact with wonderful people. Neighbours Maggie and Don, George and Marion, Trevor; Sue's colleagues Jenny, Miranda, Glynis, Kathy and Yvonne; Al's friend Roger and Sue's friend Jill; nameless people with whom I have talked in different places, so many of whom have been to New Zealand - for example, the lady on duty at Ripon Cathedral who had nursed at Christchurch Women's Hospital in the 1970s! I have met with great warmth.
