The ubiquitous pigeon. Not just in Trafalgar Square or the Museum Gardens but in every back yard. As we negotiate our clumsy ways along the pavements, the well-camouflaged pigeons watch and wait (these from the facade of the Catholic Cathedral in York)...
In Whitby, these brave pigeons were roosting impossibly on the sea wall, directly above a tumultuous sea (click on the image to get a closer and better view)...
